Bano Bazaar (referred as BB) customers are 100% satisfied and never returned any goods.
BB do not return or refund any item once ordered because most of the items are handmade and made to order with special arrangement which involves advance payment to third party vendors based upon confirmation of your order.
Customers are requested to confirm goods, its size, color, delivery schedule, delivery charges, taxes etc. before making payment to avoid any confusion afterwards. Once order is confirmed by customer to BB representative, no money will be refunded.
Urgent deliveries requested by customers will be shipped via BB’s recommended logistic services only. We will not take any responsibility for customers recommended courier services.
BB will not be responsible for any unforeseen issue once delivery leaves BB’s facility for instance any delay from vendor due to any issue faced while it’s on the way to you. Any delay or damage by courier will not be entertained by BB.
BB will never exchanged or refunded once any goods, once order is in preparation status. BB can confirm order status only.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed and payment is made. Order will not be cancelled once the order is made or shipped or our third party vendors confirms its preparation being started. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return and Refund Policy’ will apply. BB may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors or payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
REFUNDS
We have a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock. Refunds will be issued to the same instrument that was used at the time of placing the original purchase by customer. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow 7 days for the processing of returns and upon confirmation of receipt from customer. Refund of payment and value of refund will be complete discretion of BB ONLY. If refund is allowed in any internally approved cases, currency conversion will be decided by the BB.
DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCT LISTINGS
Rerun and Refund policy do not apply on customer and BB Both for downloadable free listings such as Mehndi Designs etc.
